Elliptical oval magnets, aside from ferrite football-shaped ones, also include neodymium elliptical magnets that are frequently used. Primarily custom-made, today we'll share four common processing shapes for them.
First, there are standard elliptical oval neodymium rare-earth magnets, which feature a complete elliptical shape. This can be understood as processing the four right angles of a rectangular magnet into rounded corners, also known as chamfering.
The image shows a standard oval neodymium magnet, thicknesses can be made thinner or thicker.

The second type is also quite common, hollow elliptical neodymium magnets. These feature a large hollow structure inside, allowing them to be fixed in place by passing through elliptical structures. They are also used in some magnetic charging cables.
The third type is the perforated elliptical rare-earth magnet, featuring one or two holes machined into the surface of an elliptical neodymium magnet. It is primarily used in various mechanical assemblies.
The final type is a stepped elliptical magnet, which can be understood as two elliptical magnets of different sizes stacked together. This design presents greater manufacturing challenges and is primarily used in magnetic connection components, such as magnetic connectors.

The above four types are relatively common. Some customers may also request slots on the sides of oval magnets. If you wish to purchase this type of magnet, please provide basic information such as dimensions, coating, and temperature resistance.
