Radial magnetization inner diameter 6mm magnetic ring is a type of annular permanent magnet that adopts radial magnetization method. The inner hole diameter of the magnetic ring is 6mm, and the magnetic field is distributed along the diameter direction of the magnetic ring. It can be processed into ordinary 2-pole, multipole such as 4-pole, 8-pole, 10 pole, 12 pole, etc. according to customer needs.
As for its features, it is compatible with 6mm shafts and offers a stable radial magnetic field, making it ideal for miniature rotational sensing and motor applications.
In terms of magnet materials, radially magnetised magnets with a 6 mm hole can be selected from sintered neodymium-iron-boron, sintered ferrite, bonded neodymium-iron-boron or injection-moulded nylon magnets, depending on application requirements. Among these, neodymium-iron-boron magnets have a high energy product and strong magnetic force, making them suitable for equipment with high output performance requirements, whilst ferrite magnets are characterised by their corrosion resistance and low cost, making them suitable for high-volume applications; injection-moulded magnets, on the other hand, are better suited to achieving multi-pole magnetisation and complex structures.
