Ceramic Disc Block Ring Shape Magnet Gauss Reference

The Gauss value of ceramic ferrites (generally referring to sintered ferrite permanent magnets, such as strontium ferrite or barium ferrite) mainly depends on factors such as material grade, magnetization method, magnet shape and thickness, and surface measurement distance. Below is a reference table compiled by Xiao Fu for the Gauss values of various anisotropic ferrites. We hope you find it helpful.

Reference for magnetic flux density on the surface of circular ceramic ferrite;

3mm x 3mm, surface magnetic field strength approximately 1210 Gauss

5mm x 2mm, surface magnetic field strength approximately 1020 Gauss

6mm x 2mm, surface magnetic field strength approximately 960 Gauss

15mm x 4mm, surface Gauss value approximately 1030 Gauss

25mm x 4mm, surface magnetic field strength approximately 990 Gauss

30mm x 5mm, surface Gauss value approximately 1040 Gauss

50mm x 10mm, surface Gauss value approximately 1190 Gauss

The accompanying image shows a 20x3mm circular ceramic ferrite.

20x8x4mm, surface magnetic data approximately 1040 Gauss

21x12x4.5mm, surface Gauss value approximately 1160 Gauss

36x18x8mm, surface Gauss value approximately 1220 Gauss

45x22x8mm, surface magnetic strength approximately 1260 Gauss

60x32x7mm, surface Gauss value approximately 930 Gauss

Ceramic ferrite magnet block surface magnetic flux density data reference;

Small thin ferrite block 4x3x0.65mm, surface magnetic strength approximately 600 Gauss

12x8x2.5mm, surface magnetic strength approximately 770 Gauss

15x10x4mm, surface magnetic strength approximately 1100 Gauss

20x10x5mm, surface Gauss value approximately 1200 Gauss

25x8x5mm, surface Gauss value approximately 1070 Gauss

30x20x5mm, surface Gauss value approximately 1090 Gauss

50x20x5mm, surface Gauss value approximately 1060 Gauss

60x30x5, surface Gauss value approximately 1010 Gauss, Pull force approx. 1.3 kg.

The above is an introduction to the Gauss values of some ceramic ferrite shapes and sizes. All are magnetized with normal thickness, multi-pole magnetization, and radial methods, which affect the surface distribution.
