Introduction of Outer Round Grinding of Magnet Production Process
Magnet blank is put into storage after testing its magnetic properties and judging its qualifications. According to the requirements of the order, the blank is discharged into the cylindrical grinder workshop.
What is the outer cylindrical grinding of a magnet?

For example, when the diameter requirement of customer magnet is stricter, it needs to be processed by cylindrical grinding, and cylindrical grinding needs to be used by cylindrical grinding machine.
Cylindrical grinder is mainly used for roughing and fine grinding of cylindrical magnet blanks. Rough grinding is used to grind the oxide black skin produced during sintering. Fine grinding is carried out within the tolerance range required by customers according to the tolerance requirements of the finished magnet on the order. After cylindrical grinding, all the columns will enter the next process. Viscose processing of magnet optical column is batch processing. Prepare for slicing.
The common grinding methods of block Nd-Fe-B magnet blanks are flat grinding, two-end grinding, inner grinding and outer grinding. Coreless grinding and double-end flat grinding are often used for cylindrical Nd-Fe-B magnet blanks. The blanks of tile magnet, sector magnet and special-shaped Nd-Fe-B magnet are grinded by multi-station grinder.
