There must be no problem in bonding. It's more difficult to sinter. At present, many magnet manufacturers can't do it. For the radial multipole magnetic ring of NdFeB, the corresponding magnetizing fixture needs to be customized, otherwise, magnetization cannot be carried out. Moreover, the magnetization direction must be produced according to the demand of the product itself.
The magnetization of NdFeB radial multipole magnetic ring is always a difficult technology. How to solve these problems?
1、 Replace with bonded NdFeB material
The magnetic properties of sintered NdFeB are better, but it is not convenient to bond NdFeB in magnetization. Bonding Nd-Fe-B is made by adding magnetic powder to adhesive, and bonding is actually injection molding, while sintering is vacuum pumping and high-temperature heating molding. The two different production methods make it easier to bond when magnetizing the radial multipole magnetic ring.
2、 Cut into NdFeB tile（ARC） for splicing
A Nd-Fe-B magnetic ring can be spliced into a magnetic ring by multiple tiles. Although there is one more step of splicing process, when the tile is spliced into a magnetic ring, the requirements for the magnetic ring can be fully met without any magnetic force and direction deviation.
